Electrical System Maintenance

•  Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control systems, and power distribution in manufacturing equipment.

•  Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, PLCs, and control panels.

•  Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company regulations.

•  Diagnose and repair electrical faults in production machinery to minimize downtime.

Manufacturing Equipment and Maintenance

•  Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.

•  Assist in the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment.

•  Maintain detailed maintenance logs and equipment service records.

•  Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and resolving recurring equipment issues.

•  Work with the maintenance team to ensure maximum equipment uptime and reliability.

Safety and Compliance

•  Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

•  Conduct safety checks on electrical systems and machinery to prevent hazards.

•  Participate in safety training and contribute to maintaining a safe working environment.
